Discover our CoLiving Villa – a stylish residence, perfect for achieving the ideal work-life balance during your workation. Featuring four spacious bedrooms, a large living kitchen, a pool house equipped with a workspace, gym, and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop terrace, this accommodation has everything you need for the perfect workation. Naturally, we’ve ensured that every room is supplied with stable Wi-Fi, and thanks to our fiber-optic internet connection, simultaneous meetings or streams are no problem at all.

Perfect CoWorking

The CoLiving Villa in Santana provides you with a breathtaking environment, excellent Wi-Fi (and fiber-optic internet), private bathrooms, a fitness area, a BBQ spot, a pool, sun loungers, a rooftop terrace, a spacious kitchen, and much more.

Note on prices: These include the rent for the house. On-site, we share any additional costs such as cleaning or general purchases. The cost of the car is shared among all those who wish to use it.

Every room features its own desk with office chair. Plus, you also have the option to work in our pool house or on the rooftop terrace.

And after work? Our house boasts a pool, a communal living room, a pool house with a BBQ area, and sports equipment.

Everything You Need for the Perfect Workation

Beautiful CoLiving Villa: 3 large bedrooms, 1 shared room, pool, workspace, communal areas + 6 bathrooms!

We assist in arranging a rental car, which can be shared if needed. (Optional) Perfect for afternoon hikes and shopping.

Enjoy the Portuguese sun and the breathtaking mountain scenery from our large pool!

After work and on weekends, we love to go on discovery tours together and explore the beautiful island.

We have super fast, stable fiber-optic internet in the house. Simultaneous calls, streams, etc. are no problem!
